DETAILED NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The study was conducted by Asian Development Bank to estimate the amount of damage in war affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Various sectors including transportation, energy, infrastructure, education, health and administration were studied under this study. Amount of damage was estimated and appropriate amount of needed funding for rehabilitation of various sectors was estimated and presented to various Govt quarters. | ||
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ACTUAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FIRM: M/s Partners in Development conducted the Post Conflict Need Assessment Study for the Transportation sector of the project area. Existing condition of the transportation section was surveyed and amount of damaged was noted. Needed funding for restoration of the transportation sector was estimated based on the prevailing rates and expected increment in the future prices. The findings were presented in the report for possible funding by the donor agencies. |
