Qualification & Experience

  • B. Sc Civil with 10 Years’ experience or M.Sc with 8 Years’ experience
  • Relevant Experience of working QC/QA Mngr: 7--15Years
  • Experience in MS Office etc.
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Understanding of QC/QA processes for a construction project execution.
  • Should be able to prepare QC/QA management plan for a project.
  • Monitor the implementation of the approved site QA/QC Plan
  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the site’s QC technical submittals to the client.
  • Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects sub-contractor’s QC personnel.
  • Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
  • Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as- built.
  • Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
  • Review the specifications and undertake relevant training at the project site.
  • Elaborating inspection and test programs
  • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all testing at siteDistribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors and construction teams for implementation.
  • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
  • Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
  • Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.

10-15 years of related work experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6) scheduling technology or MS Project to utilize it on the project.

Proven ability to perform in a technical role, possess good written and oral communication skills especially for mega projects.

Understanding of FIDIC/PEC contract documents for Donor Funded.

Responsibilities:

Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.

Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.

Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.

Overseeing important legal documents relating to construction projects and ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

Ensure contract compliance on behalf of the contractor & ensure timely delivery of various submissions & claims.

Qualification& Experience:

Excellent writing skills, strong ability to summarize and organize data concisely are required.

Strong computer skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) to develop proposal plan and start organizing the required materials.
