TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Strengthening the capacities of people, organizations, and communities ensures sustainable and enduring change. We play our part by engaging stakeholders, facilitating training, managing learning exchanges and developing learning materials that outlast the lifetime of our projects. PID develops knowledge and skills to address the root issues of problems thereby, ensuring lasting results.
Our capacity building services are tailored according to the requirements of every assignment and every client. We provide these services both at a community as well as at an organizational level. Community capacity building services may involve approaches to social and behavioral change, often linked to infrastructure development, to assist in realizing developmental goals.
Similarly, organizational capacity building services help guide internal development, optimization of employees’ skills and activities of institutions. Our capacity building instruments and tools include, but are not limited to: trainings, dissemination of information, facilitation and guidance, awareness raising, consultative support and technical assistance.
M/S Partners in Development helps entities locally and regionally to improve skills, competencies, and performance abilities in general on the levels of individuals or on the level of organizations.
We help in building capacity by assessing the current abilities, formulating the suitable training packages (Training needs assessment), selecting highly competent trainers, and evaluating the training process to check the perfect knowledge transfer to trainees.
