Contract Manager
M/s Partners in Development (PID) needs a Contract Manager for Project in Baluchistan.
Qualification & Experience:
B. Sc Civil with 15 Years’ experience or M.Sc with 10 Years’ experience
10-15 years of related work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6) scheduling technology or MS Project to utilize it on the project.
Proven ability to perform in a technical role, possess good written and oral communication skills especially for mega projects.
Understanding of FIDIC/PEC contract documents for Donor Funded.
Responsibilities:
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
Overseeing important legal documents relating to construction projects and ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
Ensure contract compliance on behalf of the contractor & ensure timely delivery of various submissions & claims.
To ensure contract obligations & advise the client on project matters.
