Construction Manager

M/s Partners in Development (PID) Engineering Consultants looking for Construction Manager having proven track record of Project Management and Construction Supervision in Infrastructure development projects. The position is based in Baluchistan.

Qualification & Relevant Experience: 

(M.Sc 7 years) / (B.Sc Civil10 years)

Construction Supervision & Management: experience related to bulk earthwork, Road, Culverts, & Retaining walls.

Computer literate in MS Office and knowledge of Auto CAD with strong numerical skills.

Fluent in verbal & written English.

Good Communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with the site manager/rest of the site team and assist with the organising of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials, procurement requirement / plant required and sub-contract management.

Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client.

Be a point of contact for the client/ sub-contractors to assist with the progression of works

Assist with inputting information/duration to programme of works.

Provide as built information.
